Get a head start on your SummerGATE 2010 Registration:
Download and print the Teacher Recommendation Form today.

Please complete this form and retain it with your records.
It should be submitted along with your other materials during registration.

  • Teacher Recommendation Form for first time attendees in PDF Format

    • Is your youngster new to SummerGATE?
    There are two ways for new students to qualify for admission.
    1. Submit scores showing 85% (total battery) or better from any standardized test.
    2. Submit a recommendation from your child's teacher confirming that SummerGATE is an appropriate program for your child. Teachers may write their own letter, or they may complete our Teacher Recommendation Form (see above).


    All other Registration forms for SummerGATE 2010 will be available in the spring. Please check back soon, or add your name to our mailing list to receive updates by email.
